A crow landed on the path ahead of me, a scrap of cloth in its beak. This was somehow connected to the amulet! I knew it instantly, even before my chaos crystal told me so. The crow dropped the fabric and cawed once. I took the clue, but not the advice.
Luis swaps with Vanessa in this AU meaning he's the Chief Security Officer and the main antagonist of this AU's Security Breach :3
I wanted Luis to have a little bit of Malhare's (swap MXES) influence shown physically, so he gets dark, square shaped pupils :3
Now for Teddy, I wanted him to match Malhare in a Fredbear & Springbonnie way. Like, Teddy is the Fredbear to Malhare's Springbonnie, you know? Also I wanted him to be derpy in a creepy way? I also didn't want him to have stars? That sounds specific, but I want him to stand out against the Glamrocks, who all have star imagery on them, so he gets stripes :3

I haven’t posted about this here yet, but in 2020 I had the incredible opportunity to work with the super-talented folks at Wizard Quest on their interactive fantasy-themed attraction. I illustrated over 100 assets that are being used and enjoyed by vacationers from all over America. If you’re ever in Wisconsin Dells and want to do some live action questing, check them out!

Last night, I dreamt of the amulet. It hovered before me, pulsing with light, whispering a language I couldn’t understand but desperately wanted to. When I reached out to touch it, my hand burned—not fire, but cold. I woke up clutching my chest, only to find my breath hanging in the air like frost. I took this as a good sign.
The rumors began in whispers. An enchanted amulet of immense power, held by a wandering mage who never stayed in one place for long. I laughed when I first heard it—what kind of fool brags about something they don’t want stolen? But the more I heard, the more I wondered: was the mage a fool? Or was everyone else too afraid to find out?
