It's now 1:00pm. You keep looking at either your watch or phone for the time despite you already knowing what time it is. You were nervous but excited at the same time. As you sit at your booth at the restaurant you start to look around and observe, not many people today. There are people scattered about the restaurant, you sit kind of far from the entrance but you can still see it from your seat. You wanted to sit away from the large tvs and music playing over head.

Suddenly you see her walk in, your friend Seola walk in. You two have been seeing each other for a while now, but you've developed feelings for her. You aren't sure if she likes you back though. You wave at her to catch her attention, she sees you and smiles as she walks towards your table and sits across from you. "Hi!" she says as she sits down and places her bag next to her.

"Hi!...I uh went ahead and ordered your drink for you. Do you like iced tea?" You ask already knowing the answer but you wanted to make conversation. Seola looks at you brightly. "Oh that's fine! Thank you! Did you already order the food? I'm starving. Eunseo and Sinb had me shopping all morning!" She says as she looks over the menu. "Oh I didn't order yet, I thought I'd wait for you first." You say kind of quietly, still a bit nervous. She looks at you, slightly concerned. "You didn't have to do that!" You look back at her, your eyes meet. "But, I wanted too..." Before Seola gets a word out the drinks arrive.

After you both order your food and the waiter leaves you two start drinking your beverages. "So how was your day, Hyunjung?" You ask breaking the dead air. Seola stirs the ice in her drink before answering. "Oh, like I said...just Eunseo and Sinb dragging me to shop with them. It was okay for the most part but I was more excited to see you. I love your company." She looks up at you from her drink, you feel yourself blushing. "y/n!! you're red! how cute" Seola says as she starts laughing.

"Stooop!" You cover your cheeks as you laugh along. "So cute." Seola chuckles. "Well, the feeling is the same. I also enjoy your company...amongst other things." You say in a flirty way trying to get Seola to blush too and it worked! "Hyunjung! now you're blushing!" You say laughing at your success. "Am I??" She says now covering /her/ cheeks. "You're good y/n." Seola smirks. You and Seola finally get your food. After 2 hours you two finish eating. Most of it was talking and laughing. You feel as if Seola's heart has opened up to you. Like there's a possibility that Seola may like you back. "Oh my god I'm so full!" Seola says as she takes a sip of her drink. "No room for dessert?" You playfully ask. Seola laughs a little. "Oh no way...I honestly could use a nap." She says as she reaches for her bag. The waiter arrives with the check. You get your wallet to pay for everything. As you wait for the waiter to bring back your credit card you and Seola start talking again.

"y/n I had a great time with you. Thank you for inviting me! Today was perfect." She shows the signature smile that makes you fall in love with her all over again. "Of course! I love spending time with you. You are always the best part of my day." Your words made Seola's eyes sparkle with love. The waiter returns with your card and thanks you for attending the restaurant. You take out 5 dollars in cash for the tip and puts it on the table for the waiter. You stand up and extends your hand for Seola. She takes it and stands up as well as adjusting her shirt. "It's been a long day, I bet your members are waiting for you." You say as you wait for Seola to ready herself to leave.

Seola pauses then looks into your eyes. "Actually...I was hoping we could go to your place and...take a nap together?" She asks nervously. This was everything you've could ever want. Maybe this was Seola's way of confirming your suspicions. "I really like you y/n and I want to spend more time with you." She continued. "Oh of course! Let's go!" You say excitedly, as Seola takes her bag and walks out the restaurant with you, the happiest she's ever been.
