I got my computer back up and running! Yay! 🙌 I still plan to make at least one or two more traditional works for Sam this week and take a picture of it via phone. Fingers cross it all works out. 🤞

Mistakes were made and the camera isn’t the best T-T. But, I’m moving forward. One day I’ll actually make a quality boy king!Sam but until then enjoy my wonky and limited color sharpie/marker art!♥

My family and the discord has been playing a lot of Animal Crossing New Horizons lately so I combined the two. Hahhah, Sam looks like he’s been out in the sun for a long while. Oh well. Better this than Sam being jaundice yellow.

I want to do the one more Sam piece then I get to start on my gift for SummerGen! Wooo! I’m kind of both excited and scared. Wish me luck. I hope I can make something awesome for my giftee. I’m also kind of excited about the last Sam I’m doing this week. Heheh. It’s a throw back to one of my first spnhiatuscreations.

It’s most likely always going to be Sam. He’s pretty awesome. I fav him for a lot of reasons. He hits a lot of boxes in characters that I tend to favor more. Aesthetics, circumstance, personality; he’s a sandbox that I like to explore, plus he’s very drawable, which is a bonus.

Artist Notes:

I finally did one for this year! Yay! 🙌

Computer has been down so I’m having to do traditional and take a picture of the finished work via phone. It’s been a while since I had to bring out other tools other than a tablet... oh man. I made this with sharpies so the air quality at my desk is less than stellar, and mistakes are permanent happy accidents. Yay! It was still fun. Sam’s too yellow but I don’t have his skin tone in the limited colors I have. Still I’m not upset with it. I’m moving on and I hope to make some more Sam stuff this week.

Heheh, I love drawing sailor!Sam. Anyway it seems like there was a draw in your own style sailor moon thing going around a while back, so when I saw it I thought I could make a Sam version of it. This work is also a throwback to spnhiatuscreation wk2 theme challenge I did [ x ] (and this one I did for Christmas for some reason [ x ]) two years ago. This event was the very first spn event that I had drawn for. So, I wanted to make a homage of some sorts. I was rushing a little, and I was worried it would look funny in the end, but I think I did okay. Anyways, now onward to the next thing!♥
