hello, everyone! 

it’s so crazy to realize that we’ve almost been open for a month already! it’s been so lovely to watch how all the characters have interacted and come to life on the dash! i’m so excited to see how things go moving forward!

speaking of moving forward -- adminning an rp alone can be a bit tough, especially with schedules and real life getting in the way. thankfully, aj has agreed to come on board and help me corral this wonderful group of amazing people! i’m so excited to have her and i hope all of you will give her all the love you’ve given me!

does your character boast millions of followers and a little blue tick, or do they have a small, private account for friends and family? are they constantly posting about wild nights on the streets of oldtown or on the beaches of sunspear? perhaps their content is more focused towards their favorite local cafe and their cat (or other furry friend)? we want to know!

for the first task, you are welcome to create an online presence for your character - instagram pages, twitter accounts, tinder profiles, you name it. a masterlist of photoshop templates can be found here for you to take your pick of, and for those without photoshop, social dummy is an app that does the exact same thing!

for our second task, to help us get to know the intricacies of your character even more, show us in behind their front door. we want to know what their home looks like, what they surround themselves with, what brings them comfort - do they live in a page out of architectural digest, or something a little more humble? 

( pinterest is a very good place to start for images, and feel free to format however you like! a very simple example can be found already in the tag! )

compile a set of images, or a written description, of your character’s home. be as detailed and extensive, or as simple as you like! we can’t wait to see what you come up with! oh, and don’t forget to tag your posts with wod:task & wod:task002!

good morning!

i’m still so blown away by how well the opening event has gone so far! it’s been great seeing what you have all done with your characters. the second part of the event should drop sometime early next week, with the exact date to be determined based on how things go on the dash this weekend. [ spoiler alert: it’s going to be wild ]

i wanted to take the time to address how acceptances will take place moving forward. acceptances for new members will now be taking place twice per week on mondays and thursdays at 6 p.m. eastern time.

current members who are applying for new characters will have their applications reviewed after i’ve seen them unless there is a reserve or they are submitted on the day of acceptances.

our next acceptances will take place on thursday, january 16 at 6 p.m. eastern time. i hope to see a few applications in the inbox by then and look forward to welcoming some new members to our group! 

a couple more teasers/promos for wanted characters will be posted later on today, so keep your eyes out for them!
