FEED THE GOOD WOLF 🙈
I'm known to feed the bad wolf. Today .... I turned that around and fed the good wolf. I usually am going through a WOD and thinking to myself .... I can't do this, so and so is looking and judging me lol ... So today I immediately fed my good wolf. I told myself that I was strong enough and then the second part of the WOD which was running, I told myself not to give up and that I can finish the WOD. I did finish last and that comes with only getting three hours of sleep. I've got to rest up better🙊. The WOD didn't go as planned, but I gave it my all, and fed my good wolf. I got rid of all the negative and fed positive feedback to get me through! Never tell yourself you can't do something. Immediately shove that negative thought and replace it with a positive one.
