Do they take the time to rest between missions or do they find a way to keep themselves busy?

Herno stretched his limits without rest for a while as an adventurer. Not necessarily becoming cocky or overconfident, but believing that it was "important he was as helpful as possible". Herno struggled with the idea of being the Warrior of Light in the first place, and overcompensated for his insecurities in this way, to help as many as he could, as he always felt undeserving of his title.

These ideas were put into question after his first bout with Zenos, and became more crystalized after the events of the Ghimlyt Dark, where his issues of worthiness started becoming too prominent for him to fully ignore anymore.

He still wrestles with the urge to keep busy all the time, but has allowed himself more time to rest, realizing that being the Warrior of Light is about more than just how he feels about it.
