Weapon (battleaxe), rare
“This dark metal battleaxe has a diamond shaped pommel, and hooked edges on the bottom of the axe head. A pattern across the face of the axe appears as wolf-like spirits.”
If you knock a creature Prone on your turn, you can use your Bonus Action to make an extra attack against them. Additionally, if a creature adjacent to you is knocked Prone you can use your Reaction to make an immediate attack against them.
Superior Topple. Once per round, when you use this weapon's mastery property, you can give Disadvantage to the target on their Constitution saving throw. You can do this a number of times equal to your Proficiency Bonus, regaining expended uses on a Long Rest. Mastercraft Weapon. Add an additional half of your Proficiency Bonus (rounded down) to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon.
