Assignment 1

Full Name: Hector

1)  What year are you in?  Senior

2)  Biology is the scientific study of living organisms, Chemisty is the scientific study of matter and how it changes, what do you think Physics is the scientific study of? The movement of matter and energy. Or something like that.

3)  How much math do you know? Basic arithmetic - they didn't really go into detail, and math isn't really my strong suit.

4)  Do you have any interest in science?  What is your favorite subject? I'm not really one for sitting down, so anything outdoors like Gym. But I guess I do want to learn a little more about the politics of this place.

5)  List some hobbies, extracurricular activities, or interests that you have: Athletic activities, especially sparring with partners. I'm signed up for track, boxing, fencing and equestrianism.

6)  List any questions you have for me: ... how much math are we going to have to do in this class?

Notes: A senior with only basic arithmetic skills?  You may benefit from finding a tutor to help you with math.  Algebra is very necessary, and even calculus may be used.  But perhaps physics may prove interesting to you, since a lot of concepts can be applied to many physical activities.

you know you can't study in the dorms {closed @Hector}

Gosh, finally school was over for the day! Bolin got inside his dorm room, noticing it lacked his dorm mates yet, which was great. But there was one guy who thankfully wasn't missing.

"Pabu, I'm home!", he said as he opened his arms to get the little fire ferret. His pet jumped on him, curling his long tail while climbing to his chest and lick his nose. The male chuckled and sat on his bed, letting the little animal lay on his lap while he removed his jacket, tossing it to the floor and unbuttoned his shirt. Man, those clothes were too classy for him.

He then decided to take a look over his books. Man, these teachers sure loved to make a bunch of assignments to their students, didn't they? Couldn't they simply teach whatever the hell they wanted to teach and get over it? Well, he obviously had to work on these if he wanted to get some decent grades, so he decided to get over it and start working on them.

As he was about to start working, a sound of a clack could be listened from the dorm door. He glanced at the male figure who got in and formed his usual friendly smile.

"Howdy there, partner!", he waved his hand. First time interacting with any of his dorm mates, now that he thinks about it. "Name's Bolin, nice to meet you", as Bolin finished introducing himself, the small fire ferret sat on his lap, trying to get his attention. "Oh, and this is Pabu. I hope you don't mind we have a pet around".
