When Sirius proposes Remus sees him get down on one knee and thinks he’s joking, and they’re in public, so he tells Sirius “No, get up.” And Sirius is kinda confused but also knows Remus isn’t actually saying no. And they just kinda stare at each other for a split second before Remus actually realizes what’s happening and starts crying.
when sirius and remus argue about little things they both cover their eyes bc otherwise they'll fold immediately and the other will get their way

HIIII yes. I will give you some. let's see.
remus runs hot and sirius runs cold. whenever remus cooks for them (which is often because sirius is a mediocre cook on a good day), sirius comes up behind him and sticks his FREEZING hands inside remus' toasty waistband and it makes him yelp
in the opposite way, when remus overheats sirius puts his hands on the back of his neck to cool him down a little bit
sirius does most of the decor in their house, bringing home little things a lot and making things and over time their house gets cozier and more unique
sirius and remus LOVE nights in because this is the first time either of them has ever WANTED to spend time at home (they had the potters' but this is THEIR home)
remus puts a glass of water on sirius' nightstand each night before they go to sleep because he always forgets and wakes up super thirsty in the middle of the night
multiple record players. multiple. they just sit or lay together or go through the motions of life together and listen to music
regular game nights with peter, mary, james, and lily. lily almost always wins no matter what they play
Remus who tries to stop smoking and instead takes a Rubic's cube with him on short breaks outside so he can fiddle with it instead of smoking
that leads to Sirius also stopping smoking, because he gets mesmerized by the fluid movements of Remus' hands and fingers, distracting him from his cigarette (he stopped smoking after the fire of the cigarette burned his fingers (multiple times) because he was not paying attention to that cigarette)
wolfstar's cottage has a painting hanging above the couch that Hope made. it's their most beloved artwork and it's a landscape of the Lupin cottage in summer, with a silhouette of tiny Remus playing in the fields surrounding it
