also i would like to add about tfp being fake etc.. ben said you need to watch all three to understand and also said lets see what the audience makes of it and where the show will go ( something like that) that doesn't add up to what i've heard from people who went to the screening. also wtf was the groundbreaking/television history moment?! i'm with you and holding out hope for sunday. i don't believe mofftiss would be this stupid..

this is one of the main clues, if you will, that there something’s strange going on with regards to the episode that was shown in the screening. i’ve been made aware of plot points and scenes from a reliable source, and in my understanding the episode seems almost entirely detached from t6t and tfp, except for the existence of euros (no spoiler here that she appears in tfp after that cliffhanger). the fuckery of the two previous episodes isn’t explained or mentioned; john’s letter is ignored entirely (which agata, who was at the screening, felt it was okay to mention); the continuity errors and loose ends are ignored. the fact that this episode feels so narratively disconnected is the reason why people left the screening feeling confused, and like something was not adding up. the fact that nothing at all groundbreaking happened in this episode makes the entire situation seem extremely sketchy

The BFI screening of TFP is Thursday at 6:15 pm GMT. And no, tickets were sold to the public for the screening, so it’s not just press.

I have, yes. And I’m having a really difficult time believing it, because of their “elephant in the womb / elephant in the room” jokes earlier in the year AND his constant placement of elephants in almost every single episode.

I’ll remain skeptical. I feel like it was a last ditch effort by TPTB to protect their endgame. Arwel is a good egg. At least, if it doesn’t happen, he apologized :)
