That’s right, after rising to fame on X Factor, becoming a worldwide phenomenon with One Direction and then going on to a successful solo career, Wolverhampton born Liam Payne is set to light up the stage for one night only at Wolverhampton Racecourse.
His debut single “Strip That Down” in 2017 has sold over 10 million copies worldwide and is certified platinum in 5 countries including the UK. His much-anticipated debut album released in December 2019 titled LP1. Make sure you ‘Tell Your Friends’ and ‘Remember’ to book this ‘Weekend’ out in your calendars.
It’s a weekend to gather your girls and not only enjoy the pop tunes of Payne, but to strut your stuff to be in with a chance of winning some incredible prizes in the best dressed competition. The day is all about celebrating the ladies, and also features The Silk Series – a racing series which champions women in sport. You can see Silk Series races across 15 racecourses on ladies days, as participants compete to win the Tufnell Trophy.
Liam Payne tickets will be available for pre-sale via Ticket Master at 10am on Friday 17 January, followed by general sale on Friday 31 January directly from Wolverhampton Racecourse. Secure your ticket early to guarantee entry as we anticipate this event will sell quickly.

Liam Payne has announced his first major show in Wolverhampton in nine years with the pop star to return home this summer.
The former One Direction member will perform at Wolverhampton Racecourse after a day of racing on August 22.
There were huge queues for tickets last time Liam performed in Wolverhampton - with One Direction at the Civic Hall back in December 2011.
And with a capacity of 20,000, there will be plenty of space for fans to watch the summer show at the racecourse in Dunstall Park.
Tickets go on general sale on Friday, with entry costing £35 for adults, £25 for children and under-fives going in free. Entry includes access to the Saturday afternoon of racing which starts at 2.20pm before the music begins at 6.30pm.
Today's announcement follows the release of the 26-year-old's debut solo album, LP1, in December.
Liam, from Bushbury, first rose to fame as a teenager alongside Harry Styles, Niall Horan, Zayn Malik and Louis Tomlinson in boyband One Direction.
Formed during the fifth series of The X Factor in 2008, the five-piece group went on to embark on four world tours, sell 50 million records worldwide, and win a series of accolades including Brit Awards, MTV Music Video Awards, Billboard Music Awards and more.
The band then went on a hiatus in 2016, with Liam going on to release his first solo single, Strip That Down, in 2017.
He regularly returns to Wolverhampton and has donated thousands of pounds to The Way Youth Zone in the city.
In 2018 Liam released steamy single For You with Rita Ora and the couple performed the song at the Brits.
His first solo album LP1 was released in December and features a range of songs, including Strip That Down, Polaroid, Bedroom Floor, Stack It Up and more.
