THE DEN
Those born under the sign of the Den learn to treasure the warmth of home in all its meanings-- comfort, familiarity, safety-- and hope to share that warmth with whoever they can. The Den is not always a place that those under this sign have known, but it an idea that they will fight for.
Those who treasure their safety have often felt the teeth of the winter wind digging into their skin and wish to save both themselves and others from the same fate. Do not let their empathy and love of comforts deceive you, though; those born under the Den will defend, tooth and claw, that place they have build for themselves and the ones they love. Sometimes safety is a thing you must take.
The Den is defined by intense and open connection, modesty to the point of self-effacement, a tendency towards decadency, and a comfort in the familiar that may stray towards fear of the unknown. The least adventurous of the signs, the Den is also the most easily satisfied. Give them a smile, a warm bed, and someone to lie alongside them, whether lover or friend or something else altogether, and they will sleep easy.
