Womad Chile FESTIVAL KIZABA

Este 2 de abril 2023, descubre la música de Kizaba, artista de la República Democrática del Congo, en el scenario del Parque del Festival WOMAD Chile a las 21:30 hrs. Cantautor y multiinstrumentista, Lionel Kizaba es un pionero de la música electrónica afro congoleña, radicado en Montreal (Canadá), que canta en francés, inglés, kikongo y lingala. Su espectáculo se plantea como un “viaje afro futurista” para el cual crea vocalizaciones inspiradas en sus ancestros y mezcla sonidos del soukous congoleño, afrobeat y pop rock. En el escenario, usa su voz, batería y percusión, combinando música electrónica y sonidos tradicionales del Congo para crear un universo particular. ‍La potencia musical se incrementa a través de su puesta en escena, en un diseño de atmósfera cautivador para la singular experiencia que podremos disfrutar en WOMAD Chile 2023.
