485LB DEADLIFT from #TEAMSWEDE dream girl @TARRAORAVEC representing IRON&EMOTION's pink glitz custom TRex #DEADLIFTTILLIMDEAD tee at her meet today!!!! "Here's my 4th attempt 485lb deadlift from the Women's Pro/Am. 3 years ago at my first powerlifting meet I deadlifted 400. At that time I thought that was a lot & anytime Swede said I would deadlift 500lbs some day I'd be like "lol". I really cannot thank him enough for all that he has done for me. From my diet to my training, he really knows what he's talking about & I'm SO grateful I have him to help me on this journey. I mean seriously...830 to 1145 in 3 years, that's a solid 100lbs a year on my total. Thank you for being the best partner and coach I could ever ask for I ended the day with 405/260/470(485) & 1145 total. I'll be back for more soon, always hungry." @mfswede #powerlifting #womensproam #deadlift #femalepowerlifter
