the script leaked and it’s both shit and sexist
highlights include script specfiying that all of diana’s friends must be ‘lovely’ as well as the radical direction that ‘hyppolyte’ is middle-aged but not ugly, steve calling out diana for daring to think she’s a hero, the words “you’re not a hero, you’re a fucking tourist” in the same conversation --- all being treated as steve putting some sense into diana by the narrative --- and diana submitting to slavery to save steve from eris who is suddenly a ‘he’ for seemingly no other reason that to make the aforementioned submission more heterosexual
