#WorstCustomeService #DontCare Why do you guys lie to customers? Why do you guys refuse to help customers? A customer spends almost $400 and you treat them like crap. Whats sad it was by multiple ways, in person, by a rude, gum smacking, who has years of experience (1 1/2), by email, stating by auto response saying you will respond in 24 hours (waiting sine 10/14), by phone, was on hold for 45 mins, then hung up, did you know customers are the reason your doors remain open?
