I've been searching for MY affirmation, like how people always say that you should use one that you feel right with blah blah blah and what makes you comfortable. I've had multisentence ones and even just "I am" and they all felt weirdly robotic and forced to me. Now, I finally found my aff and I see what people mean because saying it feels like home and like everything is going to be okay and nothing will go wrong.
