I think you are so brilliant, because that *child death* tag is looming like a guillotine and it feels like it adds to the tension of the story . Poor Duke 🥺. He thought he was safe. And ughfhf Jon is so small, and this being what breaks Clark, and Louis fighting him and wowowow I can't believe you and Galaxy somehow managed to raise the stakes. Also death angel wow!!! The action scene was so good and the whole mystery is fascinating and poor Tim waking up screaming and Jason! Mad that Waylon broke Tim's ankle? I am enamored! 💃💃💃I've been dyyyying to get to the jon scene its one of my top ten. Clark's moments with his son in endo consistently make me cry like my wife has had to delete paragraphs cuz I just start weeping. What if Clark destroyed the world but its okay cuz his wife and son were okay and then they WEREN'T. It kills me.

Im dying to know about the fight Jason and Dick had post-yacht and I’d if this will be discussed later on in Endophyte. Like what could have Jason possibly said to get Dick to almost hit him?😭😭😭

Jason was like "the kid had a bad experience (ransom, sepsis) so hes partying and clubbing and hooking up what exactly were you doing at that age, asshole" <- words of a man who was, at seventeen, caught in a self destructive loop of murder violence drugs and revenge

And dick was like "this is NOT tim you dont even know tim (hes a prude) hes not like this" <- words of a man who was, at seventeen, grappling with leadership and the weight of lives in his hands going rogue and disappearing every six weeks and running away from bruce

And then jason was like "I dont think you know your timmy as much as you think you do. you saw how quickly he got me heroin samples. Clearly he gets around. Maybe if you weren't so far up his ass hed tell you about it"

And then dick was like (fuming) "tims seventeen that's an adult on top of him. Hes underage etc etc"

And jason was like "yeah I mean the kids making bad choices hes got daddy issues out his ears and he got them from *you*"

And then dick decided to hit him 😌 and Jason's gonna eat his words
