That ask about Mousefur demanding four mice (hilarious, btw) made me wonder... is there any gambling of any kind in the clans? I imagine that straight up betting prey might go against the warrior code because warriors are supposed to feed their clan first, not pass prey among themselves... but does it happen anyway? Is there anything else they might use to bet with?

Physical bets exist, but in the form of betting something small and temporary, like a mouse one just caught or a shiny thing they found and find pretty. More often than not, the reward for winning is bragging rights, but little trinkets or prey are common enough.

There's one member of our group who we've firmly established has the nicest ass out of the five of us. Recently, that person decided that another member has a nicer ass than them.

for the record, and I am freely admitting this, it's me. I have the worst ass. But it is also the smallest ass, and an ass that fits in the middle seat in the back of a car when all five of us are crammed in there together.

I think you mentioned at one point that there was a worldbuilding reason for the voices in Seeker's head spouting modern-day cultural references that obviously nobody in-universe knew about or understood. Is there a specific reason for that phenomenon, or is it just lumped under "Minds damanged enough to give silly commands because they don't know better" and it's more or less just nonsense to them and everyone?

This topic will be reserved for the new comic's blog if you want more detail, but I'll say briefly here that this universe listens and longs, and individuals knowing various weird things is a result of that.

Hiya Tegs! Hope you're doing well today! Do you know anything about the handleability/tractability of african fat tailed geckos vs leopard geckos? I had some leos as a kid, and I really loved their personalities, but AFT colors and shape are just so Aesthetic! so I was considering one of them as my potential next lizard as well. I often see them compared in terms of care, but do you know if they're similar in personality and tractability?

Yup! They’re... pretty much the same animal. Leos might be a little bolder- AFTs can be kinda shy at first, but with gentle handling and a nice long acclimation period, they’re very chill.
