Quinn among Lord Huron's top 2-percenters
In July I introduced you to Quinn, the four-legged World Ender (a member of the Lord Huron fan club).
As you may recall, the 11-year-old rescue dog adopted by some Up North neighbors is prone to anxiety attacks relieved only by LH music - “The Night We Met”, in particular.
Quinn is part of the family that owns the cottage next-door to us on Lake Huron. On Friday I received an email from Quinn’s “grandmother” (so to speak). She wrote to say that the family was recently informed that Quinn is among the top 2 percent of Lord Huron streamers on YouTube Music.
OK - technically it was the humans who punched the keys, but it sounds like Quinn was the main catalyst.
Sadly, Quinn’s prospects are not good. She’s developed a tumor on her side and her owners are doing what they can to keep her comfortable.
“This consists,” the email said, “of listening to Lord Huron and dining on salmon and venison. She's not showing any signs of discomfort so they have no idea what the future holds.”
