I’m rrally sorry if I’m ever too much in person. I never mean anything badly…I’m always trying to get better at least and to correct anything I’m doing wrong. As long as people say something in their usual voice I can take it a lot better and I’m happy to fix it. Just please forgive me for any fear/avoidance behaviors and hyper vigilance, it may take a good amount of time for those to heal after a lifetime of using it to stay “safe”. I know people I love are not the same person who made me scared, but the instinct of fear still comes back. It’s not you. Sorry also my habit of trying to be most helpful is by staying out of the way and not seen. If not specifically offered an option to join or hang out with sometimes I default back to “stay out unless you’re actually wanted.” I will try my best to keep doing better, because I know its not on other people to cater to my learned trauma responses. I hope this is an ok explanation though. Thank you for your patience.
