My boss: SAME me too omg I’m so tired but thank god I have tomorrow off and I can’t believe they didn’t let me work Monday or Tuesday

Me: so you only work 5 days this week

Boss: yeah but I had to do it two weeks ago

So I've discovered that this guy at work creeps me the fuck out. He makes comments about women such as: "I have to walk on eggshells working with women." "I hate drunk women. If you get aggressive then they get aggressive back." "One of the worst things about women is they remember every bad thing you've ever done." On top of that, he keeps invading my space. Leans across me rather than ask me to move. Hovers over my shoulder. I'm not sure if it's his problem or mine; I'm quite picky about my personal space. He's 30 years older than me and seems to enjoy making me feel inferior or stupid. In general, he makes me uneasy. I can't say he's done anything overtly unacceptable, but his demeanour and obvious attitude to women makes me uneasy. I'm actually going to Pitlochry to get a mini hairspray or something for my coat pocket, because I just don't trust him but I have to do shifts alone with him down in the ticket hut. And on top of all that, he's just really shit at his job.

So while at work I figured out what I need so I can solve my durability issue with my work gloves, giant thimbles.

Specifically crafted and shaped thimbles that I can glue to the thumb, pointer, and middle fingers if my work gloves.

They would have to have a textured surface to grab cardboard boxes along with a ridge like structure to open the flaps that ate glued or taped down.

Now I just need to find a way to aquire them...

A student called me at work today for an appointment and had the nerve to ask why his Facetime call wasn’t working. I simply sat there in shock before saying, “On an office phone? Really???” Needless to say, I am ready to go home.
