I actually studied today. After months of having no energy to even get out of bed and do something, anything - but now, today I actually worked. WHAT THE FUCK? I am so happy and proud that I was productive.

Post to initiate 100 days of productivity.
I have just realised that for the past few months I had been experiencing an episode of mild depression. I thought I was okay since I hadn't had any problems for a while, but here we are.
Anyway, I want to change how things are going. I want to make them better. So I am on a 'recovery' or 'self-help' path.
Anyway, this week will be slightly stressful since I need to get some urgent official work done and I need to get it done this week, since I am going away this Sunday, so yeah, this week is all I have to get it done.
Anyway, I am starting 100 days of productivity as well today. I have one last exam on the 10th after which, I intend to focus wholly on anatomy and histology for semester 2 of med school.
My first semester went horribly - due to underlying issues that I didn't realise soon enough, but I am determined to make semester 2 count.
So, here goes this.
