W E L L N E S S 🌈 W E D N E S D A Y Moving through resistance is like strength training for the mind. I just completed day 5 of training in the Healthy Mind and Body program. Today we talked about how resistance is actually a good thing when we are in the process of personal growth. When you feel resistance, it means you are on the verge of a breakthrough. The key is knowing how to navigate through it in a healthy way. This week has been super intense, and I’ve been feeling a LOT of my own resistance. So based on what I’ve learned thus far, this is a good thing! One thing I know: I am willing to fight for greatness. I am willing to fight to be who I am meant to be. For the past 3 days before my hike, I have been guided to pull a Rune to walk with on the canyon trail. The medicine of the Runes in combination with the mindset work is really working for me right now. Today I pulled the Rune Nauthiz. Keywords are Constraint, Necessity and Pain. This Rune literally has to do with Resistance!
