My WorkItFitness Challenge - Wk 1
I came across thefameofhealthandfitness.tumblr challenge and wanted to blog my goals and try the #noexcusechallenge myself. Try to choose goals that are realistic to achieve weekly, and record or mark down weekly goals achieved each week - keep yourself accountable.
#WorkitFitnessChanllenge - Week1
Cook dinner every night (with exception to date nights, once or twice nights a week)
Try to pack lunch everyday
Drink at least 6 cups of water and 2 cups of tea everyday
Exercise every morning before work for 30-45mins
Be in bed by 10:30- 11pm
No carbs for dinner
Eat more salad and veggies with every meal
Stop eating bY 9pm
