Goals for the 30 Day no Excuses Challenge
Practice yoga 5 times a week
Drink 8 cups of water a day
Do intense cardio (sweaty!) for 45 minutes 4-5 times a week
Finish my homework before 9 everyday
Make my lunch everyday, saves money too!
In bed by 9:30 and up by 5 on week days for early morning sunrise yoga!
Get ready the night before
This begins tomorrow, January 31st 2012 and end on February 29th. They say it takes a month to make a change so here's to hoping this all sticks! I'm obviously going to keep up my efforts until I reach my UGW and after to maintain and continue to live a healthy lifestyle! One thing that sucks is that a lot of my friends are turning 18 this month so there are going to be sooo many chances to drink. My plan is to just not eat a big dinner (this is sounds bad!) and then only need to drink minimal amounts of shots to get drunk, and only with diet pop. And then hangover days I'll tough it out with water. No bread or McDonalds, only wata.
