Three Core Exercises (Three Variations for Core Muscle Strength)
Just did a weigh-in.
Ive been scared to get on the scale since the last time it said 178 lbs. Im happy to say that today it read 175.5. While i know these two numbers are not very far apart, 178 is so much closer to the 180 lbs that I promised myself I would not be again (minus situations like pregnancy where that kind of thing cant be avoided). Im feeling very motivated today and hopeful that by Christmas I can get to 170 lbs finally.
I feel solid and big right now. Ive never felt that way before. Maybe it means I finally have good muscle tone going on under my fat and that with a little kick start, that fat will melt away and leave me that much closer to the healthy, happy body Ive been working for.
