How's the workout going for you?
Well…me. You know what? To cut the confusion let’s just call you….Haku.
Well Haku, when I started, I actually gained 15 pounds but I’ve been told that’s muscle weight. Since then I’ve lost 15.2 pounds for an overall total of .2 pounds.
I dont really diet, I just work out and eat the same. Maybe smaller portions and I seem to get full more quickly now. I was at a buffet the other day and was surprised and how quickly I was full compared to the usual.
As a matter of fact, I’m going to go do some walking and ab workouts in a bit. I kind of slacked off last week so I need to pick it up before my bi weekly weigh in tomorrow.
