I do not have access, either in time or money, for a gym membership, so I'm loading up on DVDs. I NEED WORKOUT DVD RECOMMENDATIONS
I'm looking specifically for yoga, pilates, and zumba DVDs suitable for beginners. I already have Jillian Michael's, so don't worry about converting me to the 30ds, I'm on that. And Insanity just isn't right for me right now. Any other workout DVDs will do, just nothing all-cardio (I don't need to spend money to have someone tell me to do jumping jacks and run in place for an hour). Thanks in advance!
