Blending in with my surroundings 🌿 When I lived in DC I had a great workout routine of classes - the people around me motivated me and paying for a class held me accountable. Now I have to force myself to go on a run if I don’t have a class to go to! I used to tell myself I could stop running when I was dripping in sweat (treadmill + fans took longer) but now I step outside and 💦🤣 the new motivation is just staring at palm trees 🌴 What motivates y’all to sweat during the week?? Stay focused. Don’t stop working. Never give up. Keep going. 🥊 This month’s workout goals are to sweat 3-4x a week, build more lean muscle, and mix up my workouts. Safe to say my first @bash class with @trainwithmon on Sunday checked 2/3 goals and got my week off to a start (still sore!!)
