Ingredients: 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 1 packet taco seasoning. 1 cup salsa. 1/4 cup chicken broth. Tortillas. Taco toppings e.g., lettuce, cheese, sour cream, avocado.
Instructions: Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker. Sprinkle taco seasoning over chicken. Pour salsa and chicken broth over chicken. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until chicken is tender and easily shreds with a fork. Shred chicken using two forks and mix with the sauce in the slow cooker. Serve chicken in tortillas with desired taco toppings.
