20/02- Cross Year Crit. 

I am doing my Cross Yr Crit with Adam and his group this semester, which I am excited about as he has asked us to do something that i have never done in a Crit before. He wants us to try to change the arrangement of our artwork each day, so we can test out the different ways it might be viewed. 

This is the first arrangement that I have decided to try. I have placed my Plastic Body by a window, as though he is looking out at nature, whilst surrounded by plastic waste. In a way the plastic body blends in with the plastic around him, therefore conveying how we have become dependent and our world is being taken over by plastic.

I also want to show a video that focuses more on the outside effects of plastic. I am thinking that the best way to show this video would be to ask people to watch it on their phone, as the way most of people get their world news now on their phones, through facebook or online newsagents.

I want to share something incredible, but unbelievable. My sister and her boyfriend found picturesque polluted place and just decided to clear it up. They put all of the trash out of there. They just did it. That's all.
