Oh, right, folks! This is official now, so it’s my great pleasure to let you know I’m going to be giving a presentation at WorldCon in Helsinki next month! Of course it’s about Gentlemen Bastards. What did you expect.

I went to Worldcon in Helsinki and got to say hi to some artists I follow on Tumblr. ( @artnaite, @ered-jaeger, @myrntai ) Also picked up a fanzine by @dama-art and a cute otter by Shini Design.

Worldcon 75 Schedule

I’m going to be at Worldcon 75 in Helsinki starting this Sunday! I’ll be exploring Helsinkin Monday and Wednesday, and then have program items starting Thursday. (On Tuesday, if you happen to live in Estonia, I will be in Tallinn, so let me know!) This is my convention schedule:

THURSDAY AUGUST 10TH

Conlanging: The Art of Crafting Tongues Room 201, 13:00-15:00 (1-3 p.m.)

Moomins! Room 103, 15:00-16:00 (3-4 p.m.)

FRIDAY AUGUST 11TH

Invented Languages Room 216, 16:00-17:00 (4-5 p.m.)

Alien Language in Science-Fiction Room 208, 18:00-19:30 (6-7:30 p.m.)

SATURDAY AUGUST 12TH

Language Creation Presentation Room 208, 17:00-18:00 (5-6 p.m.)
