So I was looking for a playlist to listen to while writing, but was also kind of bored with all the classical dark academia playlists with the same songs over and over again out there, which I listen to a lot, but not for writing because it never fits the "vibe" I'm trying to get into. But then. I discovered the post rock genre. Like literally ten minutes ago or so. And I'll tell you. This is it, guys. There's so much storytelling in one song alone, it's so unique, so comforting, full memories waiting to be discovered. Idk, I'm just so exited to start listening to a whole new world of music. This song I linked was the first I heard and immediately captured my heart. Maybe someone will be as happy as I am with this discovery, maybe you already knew there was a name for this type of music (because I obviously didn't), but I'm sure these songs are inspiring as hell, for any writer or creative out there ;)
