Başlangıç periodontal tedavisi sonrası mevcut olan dişeti çekilmesi modifiye tunel tekniği ve bağ dokusu grefti ile tedavi edilmiştir. Therefore it is often required that we perform hard tissue ridge augmentation to increase bone volume prior to dental implant placement and restoration. This patient 43 years old female patient. And she has insufficient bone volume on mandibular left side (34/35/36) which is about 4mm. My aim is the symphysis bone graft provide sufficient bone to augment a deficient ridge up to 4mm in the vertical dimension, covering a length of up to a 3 tooth defect. 1. Initial photo 2.
