I haven't seen anyone talking about how Worlds.com, aka Worlds Online, is like.. gone. Gone gone. The servers went down a good while ago and there's a good chance they won't be back up again This is a huge loss in my opinion, not only because I'm very nostalgic for the game, but because it was one of the first online 3D spaces where you could make your own avatars to some degree, and your own worlds, again to some degree.

I'll admit I don't know anywhere near enough about how the game works, and I only played it for a year or two, but it's so sad to know it's gone. I was lucky enough to play for a little while before it was gone last year, I don't know what drove me but I'm so glad I did.

I'll always remember talking to Nexialist briefly but being very shy about it, they were a friend of a friend at the time. I'll also always remember having a cursed kiwi dinosaur avatar and dancing to silly music in front of a mirror.
