that honestly sounds like it could be a game over cutscene. Like a playthrough where Sam doesn’t kill any of Nestor’s parts and talking to him later on, a dialogue option to “join him” or “let him give his thanks for making him look through the pipe” gives you a game over like Spine’s if you let her remake you.

Not a game over like when Nestor switches from Eugene to you if you try to stop him, that’s instant death. More like he gives you a hug or something. The worms wrap around you and then the game proceeds to horrifically write in detail about it entering your body and wrapping around the brain stem, and lay eggs in the - pause this is too intimate…
