Training went well yesterday...
until we started an Intervall Training circuit in the end and had to run around. My ankle was not happy about that!
That's it. I'm going to the doctor tomorrow. I should've done so earlier I know but one always hopes the problem gets solved by itself.
I was so angry at myself (and my ankle) that I did a 50min cardio workout on the bike this morning. With new music. It helped, mentally I mean.
Wish me luck. I don't want to pause my workouts. :/
Is it ok to go to the gym/ exercise in the afternoon/ evening? Will the calories lost in the afternoon/ evening be the amount lost if done in the morning?
It’s absolutely okay! Whatever works best for you and your schedule.
Calories lost are calories lost. It doesn’t change depending on the time of day and the best way for you to get in shape is to go when it’s most convenient for you. It doesn’t really matter when you go just that you go and get your stuff done.
Go and kick some butt!
