WOR-THY (adj): Having or showing the qualities or abilities that merit recognition in a specified way.

There are a number of individuals out there, myself included, who seek worthiness for external sources. Take the following quote. Does this sound like you?

How many of you have said that phrase with a few possible synonym substitutions? Everyone. Sounds about right. Why is that the case? It is due to the need for perfection.  

The fight for perfection can eat us alive. Humans are human. Perfection is unnatural 

Worthy Wednesday is all about self-acceptance and self-love and confidence-cultivation. Instead of attributing our worth from external factors (aka the perfection seekers). Worthy Wednesday will provide inspiration and strategies to find the beauty in ourselves.
