yeah same tbh. reading your fics (along w/ a great many other authors) basically means i’ll never be able to read the source material, cos it’ll all suck compared to what you do w/ it.

the truth answer: i got really fed up with drawing when i was doing it in college as my major and was like "ok, im done with this, time to go to film" so i changed majors and then when i was in my film classes i just doodled nothing but hands and peoples backs and feet and stuff for like 4 months. i was like shit yeah i love drawing again!!! but i haven't had anything to obsessively draw in a while so i'm kind of in that slump again but i have no jobs/opportunities where i will rekindle my love of doodling lmao
