Since when is getting help, shameful or a bad thing? We do it all the time for a variety of reasons.
I love when people post about their weight loss and say things like, “I did it WITHOUT a magic pill or magic wrap.” I think it’s hilarious because if there was a MAGIC pill or a MAGIC wrap, don’t you think I’d have even more skeptics? I don’t share magic. I share supplements. A supplement is not magic, it is an ENHANCEMENT to your diet and exercise. The products don’t work if YOU don’t work. A wrap is not going to make you lose weight. It’s for those new moms who want to tighten up that stretched out skin. It’s for those who had incredible weight loss and want to tighten up their excess skin. It’s for those who workout and want to enhance their six pack. It’s for everyone except those who think it’ll make them lose weight. My supplements, no magic there either! They are for those who are wanting to live a HEALTHIER lifestyle and want to boost or help along their results. Hence the name supplement, NOT magic pill….
Seriously, I am not ashamed to admit, I need help and therefore take supplements. If you train with a trainer, you’re getting help. Follow a healthy recipe, getting help. Attend a weight loss clinic, help. Get shots or purchase protein powders, help.
Our wellness journeys are challenging and difficult to do on our own. And I applaud any and all who take it seriously and are willing to work at it regardless of the help you receive. 💚🌻💚
