Thanks so much! I'm going to refrain from clicking on this as I prefer reading physical over digital, and I want to give this book the best shot possible! If the book takes forever though, I will give in, so thank you, lol. I did read the first two chapters that are available for free on Patreon, but that is all I've read so far. And honestly? I didn't think it was that bad! It caught my interest, and I'm honestly so excited to receive and read the book myself and see what I actually think
If u want to start reading AOS before the book comes to you which will probably take a LONG while there's a free ebook on zlibrary/ I could send it to you. I only know one other person than me who actually read the book and I'd love to see someone's journey while reading it lol
I actually should be receiving my book next week! I ordered the misprinted 1st edition hardback, and it shipped the other day. This isn't a preorder like the listings for the 2nd editions, so my package should include the book (not just the bookmark and print). I already plan on reading the entire book (I am determined, no matter how much of a struggle it may or may not be for me) and annotating throughout, I'll happily share my thoughts online if people are interested!

For 2003 who your favorite and least favorite turtle
Ohhhhh this is actually so difficult! I grew up with the 2003 series and my favorite was Leo back then. I'm not sure if he was my favorite because blue was my favorite color, or blue became my favorite color afterwards. I also have this problem with Nightcrawler from X-Men (my favorite X-Men character), who's shade of blue is still to this day my favorite color (specifically this shade).
I only rewatched it for the first time, since it ended, this year and it quickly became my favorite TMNT series! I think all the turtles are amazing and I feel so bad picking a least favorite because they're all my favorite! Even Mikey, who is typically my least favorite, is so awesome in 2003 and is by far my favorite version of Mikey, and even one of my favorite characters in general!
If I had to choose.... I think Donnie is my favorite. I love how kind and gentle he is, but still so smart and inventive. Smart characters are often written to be mean and narcissistic because of their higher intelligence, and Donnie is the complete opposite of this trope. That being said, 2003 Baxter is written to be smart and mean and narcissistic, the total opposite of Donnie, and he's my favorite villain in the series soooo.
I hate to say it, but Raph might be my least favorite?? But I still love him! Originally it was Mikey, because Mikey is always my least favorite (sorry buddy), but 2003 Mikey took me by surprise! And Leo can't be last, partly due to nostalgia but also because Leo's arc in season 4 really hits me and his character development is so so good throughout the whole series. So that leaves Raph, who I love dearly, but yeah he loses but only by a tiny bit!
Favorite to least favorite: Donnie, Leo, Mikey, Raph. Donnie and Leo are neck and neck for first, and Mikey and Raph are neck to neck for last. They're all so good in their own lovely ways.

Your wish is my command! While searching for that image of Parker (that's an old post so I no longer had it saved) I found some others I liked so I included those as well. I may make a full pride batch later but right now I just focused on the ace flag, hope that's okay!
