Taph - (big fan of freak Taph x Builderman x reader)

The demolitionist is a parasocial fella, he canonically has a parasocial relationship with Builderman, so he attaches onto his love quite easily, nudging you and his idol to talk. Until you get flashed by his little bomb, and you wake up in his cabin!

Noob - (they’re the freak)

This former party animal knows their way around a drug or two, starting to slip minimal doses in your food, you wouldn’t suspect something like that from the shy one! So you blame the other ones for tainting Noob’s food. Until you wake up in their cabin with them on your chest.

Builderman -

Subconsciously keeps you away from Taph, knowing his biggest fanboy would absolutely snatch you up for the chance, (I love freak mute Taph)

Shedletsky -

You don’t even realize it happened, one moment you were talking to Shedletsky, the next you woke up in a nest of your clothes that went missing and he is cuddling you, much like Noob, but more bird

Two-Time - (absolute fucking unit of a psycho)

You can tell when they start acting weird when they follow you around, Azure used to take care of them, so you taking care of them would drive them mad with love, like a herding dog, they nudge you towards their room, until they stop opening the door for you to leave.

He may or may not tell C00lkidd he found his new other parent and let the kid handle it. Teehee, his child is sadly as unhealthy as he is

Guest 1337 -

His wife does comment how they need a third~ plus a free babysitter for Daisy. His plan is to romance you with his charming house-husband act, until they’re released and he can drag you to his wife

Elliot -

He is quite calm, despite the fact your healing is priority and he leans on you like a cat, until your both smelling like eachother (it drives John Doe and C00lkidd up a wall)

Dusekkar -LMAO I love that! i bet he does kinda lean into the gossip/rumors that he's just got an interest in bugs. It's easier to keep others away if they think he's just got a pocket full of bugs and he can have his quality time. Do you think he'd build a terrarium for Darling in his downtime?

Taph -Oh wow lol, I feel like Taph does take vicarious joy (perhaps also a sense of accomplishment) in setting up successful dates and meet ups between you and his Idol. He tends to genuinely try to get you and Builderman to be attached, what could be better than his two faves near him at all times! Just be sure to stay near him..

Noob -Oh he is the silent danger, he's ensuring you feel cheery near him (the food just seems to taste better around him and get you giddy- i wonder why...) and he will sabotage everyone else's cooking, make sure you don't have a good time with them or any treat gifts they dare to make.

Builderman -He's playing up his guard dog role when keeping away Taph, it keeps away someone who could snatch you up AND it is earning him brownie point honestly. He will be playing it up.

Shedletsky -Maximum Broody hen behavior once he has you in his nest of your (insists it's "our") clothes. He will do his best to fend off most from the area and keeps the area stocked with snacks.

Two-Time -no notes really! he will stock up his room and be SOO clingy.

007n7 -LMAO That's hilarious! He just make sure to let his kid snatch up his new parent. You wouldn't want to upset his kid, would you? C00lkidd is just so happy to have another parent and playmate, plus their dad just looves you.

Guest 1337 -With the pushiness and rambunctiousness of everyone else, the househusband act likely feels like a godsend, a much needed safe haven for darling. Unfortunately, that's what he is relying on and he will slowly make sure you think you can only fully rely on him and his wife. He makes sure to feed you lots and lots of wonderful stories of her so the transition as this couple's third is easier.

Elliot -Elliot is another that benefits greatly from the contrast of his calm demeanor and "safe" space versus others' energy. i just feel this one can genuinely cook, and that's my belief now cause my head will explode if this pizza guy who genuinely puts an effort is shit at cooking. His handsy-ness, ability to provide treats and the fact he is one of the healers gives him plenty of brownie points with reader (and if someone got scuffed up and he took his time to heal, well he IS a busy guy so don't blame him if it took a while and it hurt... he just don't like the others especially those taking up your time)

Noli, 007 and Coolkidd are in one house (roommates to boyfriends?) and they adopted PrettyPrincess after the Spectre got huffy and insisted they adopt her

Guest 1337 Daisy and Charlotte are the married pair and their kid trio that’s so sweet, Daisy brings the best desserts and Guest 1337 is the big dilf everyone lowkey thirsts for but he has no idea

Brighteyes is married to Shedletsky but has a separate home in the neighborhood to help 1x1x1x1 cope from Telemon’s doing.

The Admins are part of the HOA (BuilderMan, Shedletsky, and Dusekkar) and Taph sometimes joins in to discuss home removal.

Elliot got an apology from 007n7 before Coolkidd was a toddler and comes over to help the two with the kiddo (polyamory?)

Chance unironically is the richest guy there, but lives in the smallest house with the biggest yard for his bunnies

Mafioso is still in the Mafia, but Chance invites him to the neighborhood cookouts

Jane and John Doe are married and John Doe has a little trouble remembering small things (sometimes walks into his neighbor’s houses to only be guided back by his wife) but is happily with his wife

Bluudud and his mom are next door to Coolkidd and they both have front lawn fences since they had a scare when Bluu didn’t look both ways (he survived here)

Itrapped is banned from the neighborhood.

Two-Time and Azure are cult survivors who moved in and are recovering pretty well. But Two-Time sometimes goes on tangents. The neighborhood found though, if you turn on a documentary infront of them they will watch it silently, before doing their own research and hyperfixating on the topic. Azure is the himbo

1x is their momma’s child and hisses at Shedletsky.

oh I LOVE this and i just KNOW it gets hectic in this neighborhood. I feel like reader in this scenario is either a newcomer OR a long term neighbor that tends to be in charge of the Welcome/Warm Greeting Committee and Helps organize events and get togethers for the neighborhood. I say this cause a fresh neighbor that isn't entrenched in the history is also a fresh page with no previous connections and a breath of air. NewNeighbor (reader) would be making their rounds to get to know everyone, trying to make new friends and overall end up endearing themselves while trying to make friends in this increasingly obsessive neighborhood. For WarmGreeter (WarmWelcome? whichever idk) they would already be entrenched in much of the shenanigans of the neighborhood, the other Forsaken members are all people who had moved in for a fresh start in life from past troubles some lured in by Spectre's advertising for the neighborhood or truly just trying to get away from their pasts, and WarmWelcome was someone who was in charge of making sure they settled in alright and checking in. WarmWelcome (reader) in Forsaken HOA au is the quintessential friendly neighbor, they are quite friendly- it is their job and their main drive- and they are in charge of neighborhood activities and more. Very familiar with the area and tend to make sure everyone else feels comfortable. WarmWelcome (reader) would be a long term member with others being somewhat newer additions. NewNeighbor (reader) is someone who comes in AFTER everyone else really, they are invested in getting familiar with their area and neighbors- especially since they intend to stay a good long while so it really wouldn't be good to not know where stores, parks and more are in your own neighborhood. NewNeighbor would likley garner a lot of curiosity and many end up endeared with the newbie. The vibes for NewNeighbor Reader in Forsaken HOA are that of a puppy in a new house. Curious, uncertain and trying to figure stuff out and familiarize themselves. Many of the neighbors think it's very cute, very delightful. I feel like for newneighbor reader they get their first official intro to everyone at a neighborhood cookout hosted by Chance and from there tend to connect with the Parents of the neighborhood, especially the ones that already get out a lot to take out their kids and to visit each other. The obsession in this is more gradual and incremental, with the chance of NewNeighbor getting snatched up increased by virtue of them being unfamiliar with the area and the history/connections of others plus several have connections to each other to work together (at least partially) The vibes for WarmWelcome Reader in Forsaken HOA are that of a friendly helpful support Labrador. They are in charge of getting these folks settled into their new life, no matter their background, and they make sure to check in with folks and organize events to let folks hangout and eat and play. For this version of the Forsaken HOA au, the obsession and connection are more instant mostly cause the first person they encounter while trying to get a fresh start in life after all they've been through is a person who comes baring food, a warm smile and that regular checks in to see how the house move is going and if they're doing alright. The obsession might be nigh instant (going to a new place and being greeted with smile, food, check ins and someone helping them settle in all contribute to this burgeoning affection) but WarmWelcome's ability to be snatched up is decreased because of their familiarity with the area and the fact everyone has equal access and has their neighbor visit schedule fixed in their head means any delays or changes in behavior are noted and investigated plus since everyone are more relatively recent additions, they might have less drive to work together to snatch up WarmWelcome Reader
