I’m actually proud of my body kinda atm which is something I don’t think I’ve ever felt 😸👑
My progress is slow, but slow progress is better than no progress !!!!
8 weeks PP c section and I am -43 pounds. I exclusively breastfeed and I owe my loss to that and eating clean. As of 11/17/13 I have started cardio, 90 mins a week at 3.5-4.0 mph intervals and will increase gradually. I also do light weight training and will also gradually build up as I feel more comfortable working my core. My daily goal intake is 2000-2200 as I burn 500~ in breastfeeding alone I follow a high protein, low carb diet but don't follow any specified diets. After trying many different things, including a seven year vegetarian high carb diet, I have found this works wonders for my body. I have more energy and feel full all day. I do have cheat days as well! Moderation is always key. Always open to questions or comments!
Today I woke up at 8' and had 1 glass of water, 1 cup of white tea (One sugar) and boiled egg with spinach and cauliflower because that's literally the only healthy, half edible things in the house right now. (It's difficult when you live with people who couldn't care less about their health) I'm aiming to spend half an hour to an hour on the exercise bike again, going to go join the gym, and walk to the beach this afternoon. I have a meeting at twelve, also. The only issue I'm currently having is that I think I broke a bone in my foot a while ago and it's literally sticking out of my skin, vein and all and causing me a lot of pain whenever I do, well, anything. Has anyone tried and had good experiences with almond milk? I'm thinking of trying it. I also want to make some infused water this week sometime.
