A guide to the parts of the book

All the elements of the book are grouped into three main parts:

Front Matter introduces the book to the reader. It includes the title page, copyright page, dedication, foreword, and preface, among others.

Body is the main text of the book. Besides the story itself, it includes part opening pages, chapter opening pages, epilogue, afterword, and conclusion.

Back Matter provides additional information about the book. This part consists of colophon, errata, index, list of contributors, a glossary, and notes, among others.
