Speaking of The Scar. If I had any kind of art skills beyond drawing a line and then immediately erasing it because I've already been crushed with my own failure (this is why I quit art school, guys) I would probably be spending my spare time trying to illustrate this vibrant world that Miéville has crafted. His descriptions are quite evocative and the imaginary amazing artist inside of me would have a shit-ton of fun trying to bring that to life.
Book Recommendations?
Almost done with China Miéville’s The Scar and going frantic over what I’m going to read next. This is serious business guys. I need to have something lined up before I end up sad and bookless. :-(
