Ey so I know updates have been scarce but dying light is coming along this is a part from the middle of ch1 (which is at about 10,000 words total so far but I have a lot to write from the other 3000 work part leading up to this) writing is certainly happening!

Summary

Tanaka Hirohito has finally escaped his shitty father and has run away to live with his mother and her new husband. On his first day of school a girl with cat like eyes and a face with no emotion, catch his eyes. She is clearly more than what she seems. Keeping to herself and always getting in fights. He can't help but be drawn to her, and it seems she has a dark secret hiding beneath her cold exterior. What will happen when a boy running away from his own dark path comes crashing into her world. A story about a girl who faces death head on and a boy who wants her to keep living.

World building is wacky. So like dying light is written in an alternative earth. God's exist, divine right exists, and like stuff like that but there is no countries in a traditional sense only continents ruled by a divine blood line, but other positions are elected and what we call countries right now would be considered closer to dukedomes, city rulers are also chosen by divine providence. Geo politics for this story will be a little strange and divine right holds real weight and has real checks and balances from the gods. It's all very weird.

Anyway I am working on the first key scene of the book in chapter 1, I will post a teaser shortly!
