“What?”
“I’m restarting the clock on your certification. I’ll be overseeing your training from now on,” he repeated in a much more authoritative tone ― if that was even possible ― and didn’t break eye contact. Hotch just watched as confusion filled her eyes and her lips went ajar.

However, that all came crashing down once the bombs fell and her once beautiful life turned into ashes before her eyes. However, will it be enough to find her son? To save him from the clutches of the Institute? Or will she forever lose the last thing that brought happiness to her?

your favorite | kim donghyun
pairing: kim donghyun x reader
genre: coffee shop au, barista!donghyun
word count: 413 words
Warmth engulfs you the moment you step into the cozy coffee shop. The place has turned into a second home to you, having spent so much time there to study for classes. You even had a favorite spot: next to the wall and close to the back, but where you could still see the counter and the people working there.
More specifically, so you could see a certain barista, who was not only very good looking, but has been nice to you since day one.
But you didn’t come to study today - in fact, you were so tired from classes that all you wanted to do was drink a warm cup of coffee and relax.
Sitting at your usual table, your glance at the counter, expecting to see the barista’s familiar face, but he’s nowhere to be seen. You grunt, dropping your head on top of your arms over the table. Maybe a ten minute nap wouldn’t be so bad.
Not long after, you wake up with a hand on your shoulder and the soft whisper of your name.
“Huh?” You mumble, rubbing your eyes and looking up to see none other than Kim Donghyun, the cute barista, smiling down at you. You jolt from your position, cheeks turning a faint shade of red. “D-Donghyun, hi! I’m sorry for sleeping here, I shouldn’t have-”
“No, please, don’t apologize!” He chuckles, retreating his hand from your shoulder. “Here, I made your favorite.”
He places a cup in front of you - a cappuccino, your usual order every time you come around to have study sessions.
You fight down a smile, biting your lip as you place your hands around the cup. “You didn’t have to, you know.”
Donghyun shrugs. “I know. I just thought you needed it.”
Another barista calls his name, and he answers coming! before looking at you again. “Enjoy your coffee, okay?”
“Thank you for this, really.” You smile.
“It’s nothing, trust me.” He turns around and starts to walk away.
Halfway through, he halts and jogs back to you, a tentative smile on his face.
You frown, but before you can say something, he comes closer and bends down, his mouth close to your ear.
“By the way,” he whispers. “The coffee is my treat.”
Your heart leaps against your chest as you watch him retreat and give you his brightest smile before turning around and going back to the counter.
You swear Kim Donghyun will just be the death of you.
vampire Drew McIntyre
send me an au and i’ll give you 5+ headcanons about it
1. Okay, so Drew is a vampire, but also a vampire hunter. He only hunts the vampires that go out of their way to kill people.
2. The reason he’s a vampire hunter is because him and his family were attacked by a group of vampires. His family was killed and he was left to die. But instead of dying, he turned. Let me tell you, after he turned, he did not take it well. Didn’t take it well at all. Part of him wanted to take himself out so it’s one less vampire in the world, the other half told to live on for his family. You can tell which side was stronger.
3. So, Drew lives off of animal blood and blood packs. Don’t ask him how he gets those blood packs, he won’t tell you.
4. Drew is almost 500 years old and has multiple houses in multiple states that he moves between every 20 years or so. He doesn’t want anyone getting suspicious of him. He’s also has a shit ton of money saved up.
5. Even to this day, Drew has yet to find the leader of the vampires that killed his family, and he’s still determined to find them. He has killed plenty of underlings and a few higher-ups, but nothing more than that. But he has made a name for himself with how successful he’s been with killing vampires.
6. He’s also trained himself to withstand sunlight. He obviously can’t stay out for the whole time the sun is out, but he can go a few hours without showing any negative side effects. But after that period is up, he’ll power will weaken and his skin will start to burn.

[Chapter Two]
____
Chapter One
“Shit,” you say, checking the time on your phone and realizing you’re about to be seriously late for work. Being a waitress at the Castle Rock café wasn’t the most glamorous job in the world, but it was one you couldn’t afford to lose. Your father, the only family you had, had been killed the year before in a hit and run accident. It left you with not only a tremendous amount of grief, but also made you responsible for living on your own at the age of eighteen.
You were lucky enough to find a job at the café not long after the accident. After all, Castle Rock was a small town and news of your hardships spread fast. It was a week after his funeral that the Manager had come to your home and offered you the job, wanting to help alleviate your financial burden during your time of need.
So here you were, thirteen months later, late as shit and about to lose the only job you’ve ever had. What a great way to show my appreciation, you thought, throwing on your coat and running out the door. The town was small enough that you could walk to work and back, which you were thankful for. A car payment on top of the ones for the house would have been too much for you.
You reached the intersection that led to main street where the café was located and hugged your coat tighter against you. Winter seemed to come earlier and earlier as the years went by, and with it the biting wind that reached every bone in your body.
You had just crossed the street when you spotted a man sitting on the bench outside of your work. That wasn’t at all out of the ordinary considering guests would often enjoy their coffee out on the sidewalk. What was odd about him was his lack of shoes, heather gray sweatpants/sweatshirt, and the blue shade of his lips, indicating that he had been sitting there in the below freezing temperature for quite some time. What the hell?
Cautiously, you approached him. “Hey, uh, do you need help or something?”
When his eyes rose up to meet yours you were forced to take a step back at the intensity you saw. It was mixture of excitement and relief. Both of which confused and scared you. A stranger had no business looking at you in such a way.
“It’s you,” He began. “I can’t- you’re really… t-they told me you worked here, but I didn’t…” His eyes had moved to roam over your body as his sentence trailed off, making you feel even more self-conscious. The man slowly rose to his feet and you were momentarily startled by how tall he was. You were only shaken out of your awe when he moved to touch your face and you instinctively took another step back. He looked disappointed by your recoil but not a bit surprised. “I’m sorry. I… forgot.”
“Do I know you somehow? Who is 'they'?” You were certain you didn’t. How could you forget such an angelic face? “I’m sorry, you must be mistaken.” He had to be. There was no way you were the person he seemed so familiar with.
You were about to offer him a cup of coffee when his reply didn’t come right away. The guy was odd and very confused, but you couldn’t just leave him out there in the cold. Maybe you could give Sheriff Pangborn a call while he warmed up. He would know what to do.
You opened your mouth to speak when you heard him say your name softly, making you pause. “What did you say?” You had heard him clear enough, but you were too startled to say anything else.
“Your birthday is in august,” He said instead of repeating your name. “You were born on a Tuesday. It rained so much that your parents never made it to the hospital.” He stopped to smile slightly as if amused by a memory you had no knowledge of. “You were born at the auto-body shop down the street.” He nodded in the direction of the shop, making you glance at it only to immediately return your eyes to him when he spoke again, the color draining from your face. “I know you. You’re my wife.”
“It would have been easier had it been another boy meets girl ; but Anne Boleyn is a hardworking, temperamental girl who wants nothing to do with the guy who hurt her sister, and Henry Tudor is a man determined in his pursuit.” achieving the together-coloured instant : a modern tudors au
