I yawn as I wake up, my eyes adjusting to the daylight that fills the room. I look over to you to see that you're still sleeping. I can't help but just watch for a minute, marveling at your adorably peaceful face. I smile and slowly snuggle into you, careful not to wake you up. I close my eyes and rest with you, not planning to move an inch until you wake up, savoring the feeling of your warmth.

I care about you so much, even if you don’t know it yet. You’re around so rarely and when you are it feels like we barely connect, but somehow I just know that it could work. We have similar minds, similar tastes, similar mannerisms, etc. The only problem is you’re never with me long enough to continue on for more than a few sentences, never long enough to actually talk and grow closer. I hope this will change eventually, I mean you still talk to me so I guess you must care to some degree. So for now I’ll be here, waiting for the next short but sweet chance to talk to you.
