Being size 0

I know what you're all thinking from the title left alone, but this isn't simply about being skinny this is about pants and dress codes, Shorts to be exact, why do designers think it's a good idea to make size 0-3 shorts with little to no coverage for my thighs, it's as if after they get to the inch after the crotch they're just like "oh this is perfect for teens to get dress coded at school for" most schools go for mid-thigh range so everything will be hidden and covered and still be comphy for when its hot out and you need your skin to breathe. What I don't understand is how am I supposed to stay chilled, when my dress code says fuck no and I can't wear Jean shorts because they scratch me and I get a rash because of the hem; when it's hot out I don't want to be wearing leggings and sweating my whole body away slowly. As long as everything is covered, crotch and booty, why should it matter if my shorts aren't at the awkward mid thigh length, we are all teenagers with raging hormones, you could be covered head to toe in some sort of (sorry I don't know the names of your burkas and things I didn't take Euro) middle eastern cape and some guy/girl is gonna be thinking dirty of you because guess what, we all want to fuck someone and if we get horny well hell I'd be shocked if you weren't imagining doing stuff with your crush.
